We live in an image based Society where we are judged by our looks, hair, body, teeth etc.I have had low self-esteem before and it can be hard to build up at times. I had to pray and make some lifestyle changes to increase my self-esteem. I had to figure out what was causing me to feel ill towards myself. And the main problem was my body image and my hair. I alway had naturally curly hair growing up and it was hard for me to embrace my hair while everyone had a perm with flowy hair. As a young adult now am able to embrace and learn how to style it with the help of YouTube Tutorials.I also started working out and eating more healthier. I was able to make the changes towards what I didn’t like about myself. Once started making those changes and pray about my situation and my attitude towards myself changed. When you do things to make up feel good about yourself your self-esteem will increase.
